Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio is proud to announce our 11th Annual Leadership for Education Wine Tasting. We would like to invite you to join us in raising funds for our college access programs and those Club Members who dream of attending college. With your support, we can make that dream a reality.
This year’s Leadership for Education Wine Tasting will be held at IBC Bank’s Medical Center Facility on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. You and your guests will be led through exquisite wine pairings by experienced sommeliers and enjoy a multi-course meal prepared by innovative culinary pioneer, Jason Dady, who’s concepts include Tre Trattoria, Two Bros. BBQ Market and sister restaurant, Alamo BBQ Co.; B&D Ice House; Shuck Shack; and Range.
Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio supports and inspires 8,500 at-risk youth every year. Located on the south, west, and east sides of San Antonio with six Clubs and 37 onsite locations in two school districts. The clubs provide a safe and nurturing environment where young people are encouraged and motivated to succeed through programs focused on Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles.
95% of members stayed in school and progressed to the next grade level
97% of graduating members pursued higher education or military service
95% improved their grades in basic skills courses
