The Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio has multiple fields and gyms available for rental. Fields are available any time in which there are no Boys & Girls Clubs programs and/or sports leagues scheduled. Typically, our facilities are available Monday – Friday from 6:30 – 10:00 PM, and Weekends from 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
The fields are strictly to be used for team practices or sport related activities, these fields are not available for birthday parties, family reunions or any other event not related to sports. Fields spaces are available to rent for special events (non-birthday parties) and community events on a case-by-case basis. If your event falls within these categories, please contact the Youth Sports Manager Gabrielle Guzman at [email protected] or call (210) 436-0686 for more information.

Interested parties can submit their request by selecting the facility above or visiting our rental website here. Please provide the dates and times you are interested in renting the fields when you submit your request. Full payment is required once availability has been confirmed.
All payments will be taken electronically via our reservation platform or using PayPal invoicing. The Youth Sports Manager will send details to complete payment once the dates for your rental have been approved.
All interested parties are required to make reservations to utilize our fields two weeks in advance. All rental inquiries will be reviewed and approved by the Youth Sports Manager; the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio reserves the right to deny any rental request.
