At the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio, our staff and activities focus on empowering youth to become responsible, caring, and engaged members of their communities. Through leadership development, service opportunities, and character-building activities, Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio helps young people build confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and develop the values needed to lead with integrity and make a positive impact.
Youth of the Year participants engage in an intensive five-month leadership development program that includes public speaking, one-on-one mentorship, essay writing, and team-building experiences. Supported by our dedicated staff and volunteers, these young people grow into confident leaders, developing inspiring visions and meaningful goals for their futures.
