What We Do

Our Teen Services program gives teens a place to connect, explore their future, and build real-world skills. Through career exploration trips, trade industry demonstrations, college visits, and community service projects; San Antonio teens gain hands-on experiences that open doors to new possibilities. It’s a space where young people grow as leaders, discover their passions, and prepare for life after high school.

Career Exploration
Career Exploration activities and events provides teens with opportunities throughout the year to discover potential career paths through engaging career panels, workplace field trips, and interactions with professionals from a variety of industries. Hosted by Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio, these experiences help teens broaden their perspectives, build valuable connections, and gain insight into future education and career opportunities.
Trade Exploration
Trades Exploration introduces teens to rewarding careers in the skilled trades through hands-on experiences, industry presentations, site visits, and interactive workshops like BGCSA’s annual Trades Day offered throughout the year. These opportunities expose youth to high-demand career pathways while helping them develop practical skills, explore career options, and connect with professionals in the trades.
Young Achievers
Young Achievers is an award-winning, comprehensive college preparatory program that provides participants with a complete understanding of the college admissions and financial aid process before they enter high school.
Learn More
College Prep & Exploration
We work with our teens to prepare the possibilities of college. From college tours, resume writing assistance, college application inquires; we are by their side throughout the college application and acceptance process.
Keystone Club
Every year, our teenage-led Keystone Clubs host a community service project and attend the National Keystone Conference to meet other Keystone Club members from across the country. The Keystone Club program has a powerful impact on many teens each year.
Teen Night Takeovers
Monthly events hosted by Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio that give teens a fun, safe place to connect, unwind, and have a great time. Each Teen Night features engaging activities, games, music, and opportunities to socialize, helping teens build friendships, create lasting memories, and enjoy a positive environment designed just for them.
